Nima received his B.S. in electrical engineering from Guilan University, Rasht, Iran in 2008 and his M.Sc. in electrical engineering from TU Berlin in 2017. During his study at TU Berlin he worked as circuit designer at the Mikroelektronik Anwendungszentrum im Land Brandenburg (MAZBr) for 10 months and as lab assistant at the chair of High Frequency Photonics, TU Berlin (11 months). Afterwards, he joined the chair of Mixed-Signal Circuit Design (MSC), TU Berlin, as student research assistant. During his master thesis he designed a 1GS/s 12-bit Pipeline ADC. He is now working towards his Ph.D. at MSC chair, which focuses on the design and implementation of a 74GS/s ADC with an ENOB target of more than 5 bits.
